Returns & Exchanges

Because every GTG item is made to order, our return policy works a little differently. Read below so you know exactly what's covered.

Made to Order — What That Means for Returns

All GTG products are printed on demand specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Wrong size ordered (please use our size guide before ordering)
  • Wrong color or style selected at checkout
  • Ordered by mistake

We strongly encourage you to review the product descriptions, size charts, and mockup images carefully before placing your order.

What We WILL Make Right

We stand behind every product we sell. If something goes wrong on our end, we will fix it — no questions asked. We will issue a free replacement or full refund for:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Print quality issues — misprints, faded ink, cracked graphics, wrong placement
  • Manufacturing defects — holes, poor stitching, loose seams
  • Wrong item sent — wrong product, size, or color due to our error
  • Items lost in transit (see Shipping Policy for claim windows)
  • Missing items from your order

How to Submit a Claim

To report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email us at support@gettogrinding.com within 30 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your claim and respond within 24–48 business hours. If approved, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Do I Need to Send the Item Back?

In most cases, no. Because our products are custom-printed, returned items cannot be resold or restocked. If your claim is approved, you keep the original item and we send you a replacement or process your refund.

In rare cases where we do request a return, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Sizing — Please Check Before You Order

Because we cannot accept size exchanges for change of mind, we strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. Sizing can vary by style and product, so please review carefully before purchasing.

If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially for hoodies and graphic tees.

If a product arrives in the wrong size due to our error, we will replace it at no charge. If the wrong size was selected at checkout, we are unable to offer an exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

We do not issue refunds in the form of store credit unless specifically requested.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once your order has moved into the production stage, it cannot be cancelled or modified as it is already being printed.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@gettogrinding.com. We will do our best to catch it in time, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order is placed.
