Shipping Policy

All GTG products are printed and fulfilled on demand. Here's exactly what to expect from the time you order to the time it hits your door.

How Our Orders Work

Every GTG item is made to order just for you. We currently ship within the United States only. Because every item is made specifically for you, we do not hold pre-made inventory. This means no overstock, no waste, and gear that's always fresh — but it also means a short production window before your order ships.

Production / Fulfillment Time

Before your order ships, it goes through production. Estimated fulfillment times by product type:

T-Shirts / Tanks 2–5 business days
Hoodies / Sweatshirts 2–5 business days
Hats / Headwear 2–7 business days
All Other Items 2–7 business days

Production times may be longer during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year). Orders are not processed on weekends or US/EU public holidays.

Domestic Shipping — United States

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates begin after the production period. GTG is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged extra shipping for split orders.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@gettogrinding.com with your order number and photos of any damage within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Claims submitted outside of this window may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error before your order enters production, contact us immediately at support@gettogrinding.com and we will do our best to make the correction.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, address changes may not be possible. GTG is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipping fees will apply if a package is returned due to an address error.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to our fulfillment center as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused), you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will contact you at the email address on file to arrange reshipment.
